SportsDoc has proposed an NCAA football playoff system of the 16 top BCS teams in a single elimination shootoff with the teams being seeded by the BCS ranking system [ 1 - 16, 2 - 15, ...]. The existing Bowls will rotate/host the Playoff Games.

The below relative % analysis shows that the BCS Committee is essentially trying to control Niagra Falls flow to within 50 gallons a minute... a reach at best!
